Who is Keegan Teag Glucksman?

On St. Mark's Place, the most notorious street in New York City's East Village, I burst into the world with a startling mop of red hair, flailing to the Talking Heads' "Burning Down the House." From my very first moment, music has been an integral part of my life.

In search of a community driven by the power of music, I accepted a merit-based scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music in 2021. Now a senior, I have made a home for myself in several dynamic communities. I serve as President of the Songwriters Club, advocating for the development of the songwriting department; Executive Producer of Perfect Pitch, an industry simulation competition that provides artists with the opportunity to perform for A&R executives; and Project Manager of GradFest, a student-run festival celebrating Berklee's graduating talent.

Outside of school, I have been honored to join smaller communities within the larger music industry. I have worked as an A&R intern at Position Music, an A&R intern for Rich Christina, SVP, A&R and Venture Partners, Warner Chappell Music, and Executive Assistant at Breakpoint Booking. Through these experiences, I have developed skills in office administration, talent scouting, artist development, client service, contract management, and more.

In my free time, I volunteer at Women’s Lunch Place, a shelter providing food and support services to women and children. On Friday nights, I participate in open bouts for Épée fencers at the Boston Fencing Club. Through my various roles—President, Executive Producer, Project Manager, A&R, Executive Assistant, volunteer, and fencer—I am able to build and join communities where I uplift others and am inspired by them.
